CCleaner is unable to clean 'Session' because application 'pre-launching' and 'tab preloading' are enabled in Windos.

This is the error I get now when I try to Clean MS Edge. I only started seeing it after Windows updated the day before yesterday. I went to the website and saw the link that shows you how to disable the pre-loading/pre-launching in regedit., but I'm not finding MicrosoftEdge on my laptop. I get to 'SOFTWARE' in Regedit, but not MicrosoftEdge. I'm running Windows 10.
