CCleaner going open source? Seems to be CCleaner 3.10...
Looks like it is a ccleaner add on someone made to add autoupdating. Says it was last updated in 2010.
The zip download contains the updater and a copy of CCleaner, which was pointed out to the devs last week when the thread was started.
