CCleaner has stolen money from me. Somehow I have been opted into 2 separate subscriptions. I contacted someone about this after I got an email saying my renewal was processed at an absurd price, and demanded they remove my billing info from their system and never again renew anything. Yet here we are, I’m still getting emails that say my licence is ending soon and renew. I go into manage my subscription to find out I have TWO subscriptions now and have to go searching through emails for some stupid reference number for both subscriptions to turn off auto renewal. What a scam. Should be illegal to automatically opt people into this stuff.
