ccleaner interferes with lastpass in IE - work around

I ran ccleaner whilst logged in to lastpass in IE 9

Having done this it appeared that all of my lastpass stored sites had been erased.

I found a work around that may be useful:

In IE, click the lastpass icon, then select tools->clear local cache

Then tools->Refresh Sites

I am using ccleaner 3.21.1767 (64 bit) on Windows 7x64 pro, and lastpass version 2.0.0.0

Both tools are fantastic, it would be great if the default settings for ccleaner didn't interfere with lastpass.
