ccleaner.in and winapp2.ini in dropbox folder

Is it possible to have my ccleaner.ini and winapp2.ini files located in my DropBox folder so that I can have the same preferences, cookies and what-not be read from the same file on different machines?

I am guessing a shortcut in the CCleaner folder will not do the trick...?

Any suggestions?

I found a link to a nice app that also works in Win& to create symbolic and hard links. Hard Link Shell extension

I copied my ccleaner.in and winapp2.ini to my DropBox folder and created symbolic links to the two files in my CCleaner folder - nice!
