i am a windows system admin at an enterprise with about 250 users. my question is this ... is it ok to include CCleaner in our enterprise image ? are there licensing concerns with installing CCleaner on all of our machines ? thanks in advance.

I'm can't answer the first part of your question, I'd suggest you pm one of the Administrators, either MrG or MrRon about that.
The answer to your second question is you can install CCleaner on as many machines as you like. It's
free to everyone without restriction.
