CCleaner got cancelled five days after billing

Hi, I submitted case #23935072 regarding my CCleaner Professional subscription, which was cancelled after only 5 days despite my having paid £119 for a two-year plan.

I haven’t received any confirmation or reply, and I also waited in the live chat queue for over an hour and a half without being connected to an agent.

Could someone from the support team please escalate this issue? If I don’t receive a resolution within 7 days, I’ll have to request a chargeback through my bank.

Hello! It has been three days and I am afraid I have not heard from anyone about my issue. As I stated, if I don’t receive a response in a further 4 days, I will be initiating a charge back. Thank you
