I am running Windows 10 64-bit Home Premium on an HP desktop, andCcleaner Free v5.1.3.5460.
When I run Ccleaner, it reports that it has cleaned about 14KB from "Office 2007," but nothing from Word or Excel. The way Microsoft Office is installed on my PC it is accessed from the App menu under Microsoft Office, with the apps labelled Microsoft Office Word 2007 and Microsoft Office Excel 2007. When I look at Word or Excel the recently used file lists are not cleared, and the jump lists on the Windows Start Menu for those programs are not being cleared.
Is this a known problem, and is there any way to fix it?
