Does CCleaner also work on smartphones or is there a special version for Windows Mobile 6.1. ?

I don't want to mess up anything in the registry of my HTC Diamond II (smartphone), but would like to get rid of some trash that I got from trial programs and such.

Is there a way to clean that?
