Thinking that it might streamline CCleaner product Updates, I installed CCleaner onto my Windows 10 machine from the Microsoft Store (I check for Microsoft Store Updates during every boot). Some time afterwards, I noticed CCleaner application initialization issues - I would have to load CCleaner twice for the Health Check’s main panel to populate (it would be pure white and empty upon the first load attempt).
Suspecting that the Microsoft Store installation source might have something to do with the issue, I uninstalled CCleaner, rebooted, downloaded CCleaner from the CCleaner vendor site, and reinstalled. That ‘did’ resolve the CCleaner application / Health Check panel-initialization issue, and the CCleaner application also seems to now be running more smoothly overall than before.
DEVELOPERS PLEASE NOTE: Within Windows 10 System Properties, Performance, Settings, Advanced, I have configured Windows 10 for Background Services Priority instead of the default Programs Priority. I did so thinking that it should help to prevent Race Conditions and make my User Experience more stable. There are so very many, unknown background processes within Windows (10), that I thought it wise to let those finish-up prior to any application-UI processing.
