Dear forum members
I've just purchased CCleaner Pro and, I think I've registered, but after entering one of the task-buttons, the window becomes grey and there is no progress. This last for a long time.
Yet, if I want to stop the program, there is a warning that it is working on a task.
I have given it full entry to my HD
How can I run the Cleaner properly?
