have you installed CC into a non-standard location?
that error message is trying to location CC on D:\ drive and not in the default Program Files folder.
do you have a portable build of the Pro version?
and don't forget, having the Pro version gets you direct priority support from Piriform, rather than this volunteer-staffed, community forum.
