CCleaner Error description while cleaning

CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Windows Bug Reporting

Dear Sirs,

After cleaning about 10%, the below mentioned error appears in a window and stops cleaning. Only

when I press OK button, cleaning proceeds. Could you please help?

some Mozilla product is still open (or is running in the background) close any that you see (including Firefox,thunderbird, seamonkey,older emusic download manager etc) then

open task manager

go to the 2nd tab (processes) and look for remaining processes and kill them

now try a clean

usually a addon or sync service stops proper closing of Mozilla products.
