On the taskbar its stuck on CCleaner 20%. I also tried to empty with windows empty recycle bin but still not working!!
By "also tried to empty with windows empty recycle bin but still not working!!", do you mean you manually tried emptying your recycle bin (Right clicking on the Recycle Bin and emptying it).
This actually happens a lot, if the user manually deletes the recycle bin folder, it usually clears up.
