My Computer created a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. (0xA). The blue screen of death saying what failed is C:\Windows\System32\ntoskrnl.exe.

Please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
  2. Replicate the issue on your end.
  3. Run the tool to generate the logs.
  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

My CCleaner Driver Updater is License expired. So, I can’t run CCleaner Driver Updater using the app. But I can reproduce the issue. When I try to add Realtek (R) Audio from Search Device Manager/Add Device/%USERPROFILE%/Downloads/efc25d9d-a3be-4eae-a613-72e93fde4462_5e8fa44e7906f24678c067bf13602dfcf75fec9e as declared as install from subfolder. During installing the Realtek (R) Audio 6.0.9998.1 update, it caught a blue screen of death which affected Inspiron 15 3515 PC.

It would better to ask anyone who’s the same thing experienced the same issue but the driver is a problematic file and it’s on efc25d9d-a3be-4eae-a613-72e93fde4462_5e8fa44e7906f24678c067bf13602dfcf75fec9e/RTKVHD64.sys as a particular file.
