Ccleaner drag-n-drop Problem

Hi everybody,

is it possible that the drag'n'drop funktion in Ccleaner 5.28 in

SETTINGS -> EXCLUDE -> Files and Folders to exclude

area in Windows 10 pro doesn't work?

In Windows 7 pro it works.

I drag the File (or Folder or Link) and i see the plus-sign but if i drop it i see nothing

Hi,

No chance of an answer?

It would probably have to be an answer from the developers or bug fixers, however they don't really post on here anymore.

You're the first person to even state such a feature to my knowledge and yes it works on older systems (WinXP here), we learn something new. Most people probably never knew it even existed, I certainly didn't and I've been using CCleaner since 2004.

I can confirm that drag'n'drop doesn't do anything either for exclude or include on Win 10 Pro creators build.

However I have not used it this way in the past (just used add and browse)

Will point devs to this thread.

The Problem is not that it is impossible to drag and drop files & folders

the problem is that you can not more add an desktop shortcut.

For example: My virus program makes a desktop link to the desktop with every update. I want to delete

this with ccleaner automatically. Drag and drop is no longer possible. With add also no more.

Hmmm... s**t :-)
