Ccleaner dont find Cookies anymore 6.26.11169 (64Bit)

Hallo Ccleaner community,

Since I have been using ccleaner ver. 6.26.11169, ccleaner no longer finds cookies. Normally I use firefox. Firefox is set to delete cookies on exit. But then ccleaner still found 20 to 100 cookies. When I used Edge, thousands of cookies were found after exiting. But no cookies here either. Why are no more cookies found by ccleaner? 

I can't use a software with which I can delete my cookies but which doesn't find any.

Are you using Health Check or Custom Clean?

Have you perhaps set Smart Cleaning to automatically clean the browsers when you close them?

To test things do the following.

  1. With a browser open and having been used for a while open CCleaner and go to Options>Cookies. See below. 
    	Are there cookies showing in 'Cookies on computer'?

	Close CCleaner, close the browser.
</li>
<li>
	Open CCleaner again and go to Options&gt;Cookies.


	Are there cookies showing in 'Cookies on computer'?
</li>
<li>
	If there are then run your normal clean, either Health Check or Custom Clean.


	Are the cookies found and cleaned?
</li>
