CCleaner does nothing with Windows 10 autorun

Dear CCleaner team,

I have a problem with disabling autorun programs through CCleaner.

No matter what I do in CCleaner Autorun section (turn on / off) it doesn't influence on programs, the programs continue to start after Windows reload.

I can turn on and off the programs, open their keys in Regedit - no errors with the access.

Through the Task Manager autorun interface everything works fine - I can disable any program and it wouldn't start after Windows reload.

CCleaner version is v5.28. I always start CCleaner with administator rights.

Windows 10 Home (Creators Update).

Reinstalling of CCleaner doesn't help.

Please, fix the bug!

Any suggestions why it doesn't work? How can I explain the bug to CCleaner creators if you can't help?

long shot, but try the new v5.29 version just released.

uninstall, reboot, download and reinstall (fingers crossed)
