I bought the Ccleaner super duper version. I have one computer not five but there was no 1 option but that’s not the problem. I try to run a scan and it sits on my computer running forever. I want to be able to run the software whether I am on the internet or not. If I can’t I will run the old version and I would like my money back.

Could you please let me know which specific feature in CCleaner you’re using when you encounter this issue? Some features—like Driver Updater and Software Updater—require an internet connection to check for available updates. Others, such as Custom Clean, work offline and do not need an internet connection.
