I have been trying out the latest version of SnagIt (12) and discovered that the default setting is to save a library of everything you capture both still and video.
When I ran CCleaner, I discovered that the index to the files is removed, but not the actual still and video captures.
It should be an option on CCleaner to remove the .snag still image capture files and .??? video capture files stored in the libraries.
I frequently use screen grab when making a purchase from a website that mangles the usual print function in Firefox.
I really do not like having my credit card and personal info remain anywhere on the hard drive after doing purchases and use CCleaner to cleanup.
For now, I will have to check to make sure that after setting the preference that I do not wish to save captures, that they are really gone.
Worst case I can use Eraser 6.2.0.2963 to purge them, but CCleaner should offer this option.
TIA
