CCleaner will only remove KB updates, this was decided after MrG talked to Microsoft, and thought it would be wise just to remove the KB updates, so it wouldn't cause any OS problems.

I always manualy remove this directory after installing of KB updates, and it don't cause any problems.
This directory always appear after installing Windows XP with integrated KB updates.
I think that it will be better if CCleaner also will erase this directory.
