Is it possible that ccleanes deletes messengers messages, Can I avoid it?
I think that I see - you are meaning that on Windows it is the history list that is removed, but the messages themselves are still there ?
Are you using Health Check or Custom Clean?
I have Win 10. The strange thing is that on my mobile phone (Android) the messages are ok...I mean history of messages ...on Messenger ..so Ithougt maybe ccleaner something important for history of messages deletes .....excuse my english ......maybe you understand :-D

ie What Operating System? Windows. Mac, Android, iOS?
What messages and where?
Why do you think that CCleaner may be removing them?
CCleaner will not delete messages, but if you tell us more we may be able to work out why you are asking and help with whatever it is that you are seeing.
