This began with the current release and at first was just an issue of ccleaner being very slow to open and very slow to run. Now, it will not open without crashing every time. I don't know what to do. Will reinstalling help? If I do reinstall, do I do it on top of existing install or uninstall the current install? Thanks for any help!
even if your problem isn't the same as the current thread covering a similar issue, the first thing to try is a reinstall.
so, uninstall, reboot and reinstall is the tried-and-true way to do it.
over-the-top install should and normally does work but there have been a few reported incidents where only a fresh install seemed to suffice.
