CCleaner crashes after update to Android 8.0 (Oreo)

After upgrading my Nexus 5X to Android 8.0.0 (Oreo), CCleaner crashes immediately after ticking the 'Analyze' button.

  • Anyone else having this issue?
  • Will it be solved in the near or distant future?

Yes I have the same issue after Oreo update.Tried a clean boot reinstall but the issue remains. Hope a fix or work around is coming soon !

Same problem on Nexus 5X phone updated to Android Oreo 8. CCleaner 'stops working' immediately on starting analysis.

I have a Google Pixel which I recently updated to Android Oreo. C Cleaner stops working once 'Analyze' is tapped. There has been one update to Oreo but C Cleaner continues to have the same problem. Essentially, any app attempting to access to file storage is running into a problem, I think.

Version 1.20.91 was released with fixes for Oreo. Please let us know if it fixed your issue.
