CCleaner corrupts Outlook PST file

After using CCleaner I find that when I try and start Outlook it fails due to a corrupted .pst file. I'm using Windows 7 and the latest version of the free software.

Ccleaner does not touch the PST file (neither through cleaning nor registry integrity). No entries in the public Winapp2.ini touch it either. I'm assuming that you are:

  1. Reporting a Repeatable problem (that this did not occur only once)
  2. Have no Includes/Excludes
  3. Are not running with Winapp2.ini nor ccleaner enhanced
  4. downloaded ccleaner from either the direct piriform site, or from the ONLY official mirror at FileHippo
  5. Are running CCleaner 3.18.1707

Please correct me if I am wrong on any of these and we can move on from there. Also what version of Outlook (2003, 2007, 2010, older?). 32 bit or 64bit OS/CCleaner/Outlook?
