The problem is that the File Explorer menu disappears, and clicking all items cannot be opened.

All applications are affected, and all system applications have lost their right menu.
Perhaps stop using the registry cleaner, especially in Win10.

What error do you get when you run Dism ? Did you run it as admin ?

DISM doesn't have an error.I run it as an administrator.
I also tried Sfc/scannow, and it didn't have an error too.

First you are not running in Tablet Mode are you ?
Second open Ccleaner and go to Tools...Startup.. and click on Context Menu tab at the top. Disable any ones you do not use.
Then try right-click again.
If it still doesn't work, disable all context menu items .
If right click then works, enable each Context Menu item one by one until you find the one that is breaking the right-click
