CCleaner - configuration so that I don't have to re-register my Home PC to re-access all my bill payer web-sites?

I use a Windows 10 PC and am a Registered user of CCleaner Professional Edition (Version v5.35.6210 (64-bit). When I use CCleaner I have to re-register my Home PC to re-access all my bill payer web-sites. Is there any way that I can configure CCleaner so that I no longer have to re-register my Home PC after I run this software?

If you mean you have to login again to bill pay sites it's likely a cookie issue.
