After I run Ccleaner to remove the temporary files, I have observed that the internet explorer download window vanishes without supplying me the option to view the download window options like run, open, save etc. This happens every time I run the cleaner. I am using Windows 7 home premium 64bits. But upon restarting the computer( the problem persists even after I logout), the download window behavior in IE is normal.Thought I'd bring this to your notice.
This happens (rarely) with all Cache Cleaner software, I get it with IePrivacy cleaner.
If you go to tools>delete browsing history and uncheck everything (including save favorites data) except for temporary files and run it, you'll find that it will immediatly work again (you may also notice that flash content doesn't work when the browser won't download)
