CCleaner Can't Access Support Due To Script errors ?

I recently bought CCleaner. I'm using the 64-bit version 3.17.1689. (Also new to forums.) If I try to report an error I receive the same error as shown:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_get_iv_size() in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\support.piriform.com\httpdocs\includes\functions.php on line 3453.

How do I fix this? Catch 22 is I can't use the support tab because of this error. Any one know what causes this and how to correct this, thanks.

If you Bought CCleaner then you can contact the developers themselves (that's what you bought is their direct support)
