why have ccleaner cancelled my license? paid for pro in february and now my license is not active??
There are various reasons why a licence may be cancelled.
If it’s a genuine licence bought directly from Piriform/CCleaner then the most usual reason for a cancellation is that it is being used in breach of the licence conditions, eg. used on more machines than the licence covers.
(We have known users post their licence keys online in forum posts, in which case anyone anywhere in the world could read/copy it and then use it. (or even sell it to others).
If the licence was bought from anywhere other than Piriform/CCleaner then it may very well be a hacked or keygen licence - in which case no purchase is regestered and Piriform/CCleaner have not been paid.
Normally you would contact support to find out just why yours has been cancelled.
