In June 2025 I bought Ccleaner as a professional version via Amazon. At the beginning of December 2025 I wanted to start Ccleaner, but Ccleaner could not be started either in the systray or via links. So I thought reinstalling is the best solution. But Ccleaner cannot be installed. The installation process didn’t finish even after hours. So in mid-December I turned to Ccleaner and followed the robot’s suggestions. On January 14th I then received an email from support that didn’t really bring any new ideas than the well-known suggestions. I followed these and the result was the same as before. No installation. But I didn’t answer directly. On January 17th, 2026 I received an email from Ccleaner saying that my process was closed because I hadn’t reported back. But I could respond to this email and the case would then be reopened. So I wrote straight away and got the answer on the evening of January 17th, 2026 that this email account would not be under monitoring. Is this Ccleaner’s support behavior? I thank myself. I will probably avoid Ccleaner in the future. But you can also do without me in the future and not make any money with me.
