I have just had an update for both CCleaner and AVG - now both are running in free mode and not the paid versions that I only paid for in May 25.
I cant get a response from either company - all I keep getting is pay now, upgrade now, pay, pay, pay - is this a scam?
I have already paid, for both, and both were working just fine - or so I believe?
Have I been scammed by 2 companies that were supposed to keep me and my computers safe?
