To whom may help me:
I have W10 Prof (64b)(v1511, comp 10586.753) and I cannot install CCleaner (any version).
When I try to do it, appears a small message windows (image attached)
I can use only portable version.
Please, what can I make to resolve this issue?

Are you renaming the file before you install it?
didn't this happen within the last few months to someone else?
they were trying to use a non-default folder to install it into, or a previous CC version was in a non-default folder, something along those lines???

personally, I'd be uninstalling current version, reboot, download latest version, install it.
when installing, on the first screen hit Customise instead of Install, then on the next screen, hit More, then on the next screen, check the install location, then Install.
it that gives you grief, repeat with the PC in Safe Mode.
