I'd like to keep thumbnails of WLM contacts but if I run a Ccleaner clean, all of them are deleted, even if WLM cleaning is disabled.
What I've to do to fix it ?

I'd like to keep thumbnails of WLM contacts but if I run a Ccleaner clean, all of them are deleted, even if WLM cleaning is disabled.
It is not CCleaner the one deleting your thumbnails.
This happens when you tell WLM that you are using a shared computer.
Open WLM main window, click your display name and go to Options (or Tools > Options).
Then go to the Security section and untick "This is a shared computer..."
Now press Apply and Ok.
Your thumbnails should now stop disappearing.

In security options, "this is a shared computer" isn't available, option is Grey and not click-able.

This is because you need to be signed-in in order to be able to do that.
This is a per-user setting. Each user decides if they want their stuff (thumbnails, contacts, emoticons, etc.) to be saved in the local computer or not.
