CCleaner and windows 2000

I have an ancient, but still useful, laptop running on Windows 2000 5.00.2195 SP4 given to me my daughter. I don't have the original W2000 installation disc.

I have regularly downloaded CCleaner updates and run the programme often. I have just downloaded the latest update, but when I try to run the programme now from the desktop icon, I get this message:

The procedure entry point WTSGetActiveConsoleSessionId could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

I have deleted the programme, re-downloaded the update software, and re-installed a couple of times, but the problem remains.

All the other desktop icons and related programmes are functioning normally.

Can anyone help me with this problem, please?

Thanks.
