CCleaner and UAC in Vista

There was a forum that had directions to run CCleaner setup as administrator and then run the CCleaner.exe as administrator

to stop the unneccessary UAC control for that program, but it doesn't work. How can I turn of the nag screen specifically for a

program? In this case CCleaner.

They all discuss how to completely turn UAC off. I just want to turn it off for certain programs.
