CCleaner and Taskbar are gone! after disk check up

Hi, I downloaded the new CCleaner. I open it up. it say there are error in disk. and it need disk check up. I save original registery file before I clean the my conputer with CCleaner. i restart my cpu. It automatic do disk check up. after that. Taskbar and CCleaner are gone! I couldnt get taskbar back on. I look for solve problem for it on google. nothing worked. I realized that it was CCleaner. I hope you guys have solve for problem to how get my taskbar back. i dont care about ccleaner. I think it delete it something.

help how to get taskbar back

What is your operating system?

Have you used ccleaner before?

If so, any problems with it before?

Did you use the registry cleaner part? (issues) If so did you merge the registry content back?

Have you tried pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete to bring up the taskmanager, choosing file>new task(run)>typing in explorer and pressing okay?

Have you rebooted your computer since the problem?
