CCleaner and PaleMoon

I just added PaleMoon browser to my Win7 and wonder if CCleaner will clean PaleMoon's cache, etc.? I don't see it mentioned in the Analyze section.

CCleaner already cleans my FF which I have also installed.

If palemoon is still based on firefox, the firefox section takes care of palemoon. Parent-browser's section usually cleans children by default, but you may have to use the ccleaner customlocation tag (see documents) if palemoon is installed in a non-default location

Your "but you may have to use the ccleaner customlocation tag (see documents)."

I don't know what that means.

Easier via ccleaner.ini if you Save all settings to .INI file located in CCleaner at: 'Options > Advanced'

Then it's just a matter of telling it where your browser profile is located using the full path, examples:

CustomLocation1=FIREFOX|C:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\Data\profile

CustomLocation2=CHROME|C:\PortableApps\IronPortable\Profile

-----------

Note that anything based upon Firefox would need to have: CustomLocation#=FIREFOX|

Note that anything based upon Chrome or Chromium would need to have: CustomLocation#=CHROME|
