Ccleaner and Internet Explorer 9

After analyzing, I click Run Cleaner and as it's cleaning, sometimes the Internet Explorer 9 History Box has another box behind the top box. Does anyone else see this? Why are there two boxes?

These boxes are the way CCleaner cleans the history and index.dats without requiring a restart of the PC.
