I have just installed Ccleaner and had a run of REG issues. It showed one unused File Ext. an .apv
Running my usual Eusing Reg cleaner it found 3 unused file extensions - this didn't show the .apv but what am I to surmise from this discrepancy, just that all apps are not the same which is reasonable or that Eusing, in this instance, is more efficient?

Thanks for any advice.
I am using Eusing Registry cleaner and I also use CCleaner. Eusing does detect more, although some are not actually safe to fix. CCleaner isn't the best registry cleaner and other registry cleaners especially paid ones will detect more issues.
This .apv file extension could be from an app you uninstalled but CCleaner just can't detect all of them.
