CCleaner and Dropbox conflict

CCleaner is turning off Dropbox automatic startup in Windows 11.

Apps > Startup > Dropbox

Dropbox is being switched from On to Off.

I can't recreate this, are you using healthcheck or custom clean (or registry integrity tool)
