CCleaner and Dr. Watson - user.dmp

In the latest verison CCleaner, and I'm running XP SP3 I've noticed that in the Analysis that 'Dr Watson\user.dmp' always appears as a file to clean, even after you've run CCleaner to clean, and you run an Analysis again, it always pops up over and over...

What's with this, I have never seen this behaviour before with XP SP2 and older versions of CCleaner, so I don't know what's causing this, Windows or CCleaner...

You'd only get those Dr.Watson created files if applications are crashing. Why CCleaner can't remove it I don't know, other than an offending application is crashing allot causing the file to be recreated. If you haven't restarted Windows in a while that may be helpful.
