When I download CCleaner 7, when it loads it produces a front screen displaying new stuff in the version. Currently in Windows 11 I cannot get rid of the screen to run the app properly. Anyone else had the same problem?
We’ve had a few reports of this and there’s a work round (it works for most):
Go into Windows Settings and set the display scale to 100%.
Run CCleaner 7 and get past the Welcome Screen.
Set your display scale back to what it was.
Many thanks, the work round worked a treat. Needed the reading glasses to do it (I’m 74), but a small price to pay.
