Every time I open CCleaner 7 this screen pops up and I can’t do anything with the program. There is no X to close the screen.
I can’t use the program. The only thing I can do is right click and close the window. When I try again, same thing.
We’ve had multiple reports of this.
The button to close tkat Welcome window is off the botton of the screen,
It’s a glitch in the size/scaling that affects some monitors.
Pressing the Alt and F4 keys together should close the Welcome Window.
or:
Go into Windows Settings and set the display scale to 100%.
Run CCleaner 7 and get past the Welcome Screen.
Set your display scale back to what it was.
