Ccleaner 7 and OneDrive Auto Start

I am running windows 11 with all fixes and updates applied.

I use the Microsoft tool OneDrive and I have had it set to Auto Start. Recently, not sure exactly when I discovered that CCleaner was stopping it from Auto Starting. I have tried without success to change settings I could find to no avail.

Can someone please share with me how to stop CCleaner from stopping the Auto Start for OneDrive?

Look at the Performance Optimiser.

If it is putting the Auto Start to sleep then tell it never to do that.
