See attached its self explanatory. I have decided to stop posting lengthy messages. Even these are because unfortunately i am a paid user.
Either - Open ESET’s advanced setup > Browser protection - toggle off “Enhanced data protection”
or
Tools > Log files > Browser protection - right click the Blocked entry for CCleaner and “Add to browser protection allow list”

In Custom Clean, if an item is listed as unable to clean, this is most likely due to the files needing to be cleaned being in use by Windows or another application.
When you performed the second clean at the end of your video were the items then cleaned?
