CCleaner for windows recently updated to version 7.3.1120.0. Since then, 2 problems have occurred. First, every time I reboot my PC, CCleaner starts up and displays the “new features” page. When I close that page, the health-check page displays. I have tried to set CCleaner to only start manually but it starts anyway. There is another problem that may be related: when I go to the startup manager tool, it tells me that I have no startup apps but I have two apps that startup when I log-in. Can you help me figure out how to fix this?
