CCleaner 516Pro Crashes

Hi

I have a clean windows 10 instalation with CCleaner pro 516 installed

When running a cleaner it analyses the 100%.

When run cleaner it crashes on 51% always

Is this a know bug?

It only happens since it did an update to the latest version. Worked perfect with previous version

Aparently it is with firefox

run CC with the /debug switch and attach the log.

Please make sure firefox has no processes in the task manager ("show more detail" on win 8/10 processes in 7 and older) before running a clean
