I'm using Ccleaner 5.42.6495.
My OS is Windows 10 Professional 32-bit but Ccleaner says "Windows Vista Business 32-bit".

Did you upgrade to Win10 from that wrong OS that's being displayed?
If so and if I'm even remembering correctly (may not be), I think someone has previously sometime ago reported the wrong OS being displayed in CCleaner which was believed or guessed to come from doing an OS upgrade/over-install versus doing a clean start from scratch installation of Windows (Win10 in this case).

Yes, Vista was the preinstalled OS. Seven was installed next, then Windows 10.
Type System Configuration into search and click to go to it.
You will see a tab named Boot.
Click on the tab and it will say what operating system will open at boot. Is Vista listed there as well as Windows 10?
No, there is only Windows 10.
