CCleaner 5.0 is wiping jump lists

I have MS Word 2010 and Notepad++ pinned to the taskbar, and the latest CCleaner appears to be emptying the jump lists (MRU) of these two applications, even though the boxes are unchecked for those two in the Applications list.

Also FileMaker Pro 8.2, though it is isn't listed by CCleaner.

CCleaner is only removing all recent items from the jump lists in the Win 8.1. dekstop taskbar, not from inside the applications themselves, but since Win 8.1 doesn't have a convenient Recent Items function like Win 7, these jump lists are invaluable. I'll have to stop using CCleaner or revert to an older version if this isn't fixed.

Anyone else finding this? Is there some other setting that has changed and needs (un)checking? Thanks.
